How much is delivery and when will I get the wig?

The cost of delivery is £7.15 to any address in the UK and £15 to anywhere else in the world. This will be added at the checkout. Please ensure that there are no errors with the address you provide. 

As all wigs are hand-sewn and customised to your needs, please give 15-20 working days from the day Wigs by Vee receives your extensions to get your finished product. However, we will always try to send your wig earlier to you if possible.  

How do I send my extensions to you?

Once you have placed an order and received a confirmation email, you will receive a second email within 24 hours giving you the postal address. In the package, please include a note with your name, order number and the wig style you purchased. 

Will I be told when my order is on its way?

Wigs by Vee will use recorded delivery to guarantee the delivery of your wig, so once it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

What is your refund policy?

Given that wigs are tailored to each customer, once you have paid for your order, a refund will not issued under any circumstances. For this reason, please make sure you double check all of your information is correct before purchasing. If you are in doubt on an issue, please contact us first. If a mistake is made by Wigs by Vee, the wig will be remade and sent back to you.
